For years, Colorado's job market was one of the country's stronger stories. Colorado built a reputation as one of the most innovative, educated, and entrepreneurial states in the country... and for a long time, that reputation was backed by consistent job growth across tech, aerospace, financial services, and professional services. colorado

Colorado saw job losses for the first time since the pandemic last year. The Denver metro area was stagnant at 0% job growth. Boulder saw the steepest decline at negative 1.1%.
