While you may or may not like a franchise at the beginning of the investigation, the important thing is that you let them know exactly where you are. This is easy for some and hard for others, but it is necessary for all business owners.
This is important because of the following:
- To prevent damaging future relationships. Ghosting can damage the relationship and future opportunities. If you still want to keep your options open, you must at least communicate where the company stands with you. ‘
